Nimbus Abilities

This Nimbus is a highly mobile support exosuit. It features weapons that can switch between damage and healing modes. The Nimbus uses two types of shotguns for offense and recovery. Projectiles have a sizeable spread, and their true value is displayed when you dive in and unleash the whole volley at close range.

Being the combat medic of the team, Nimbus’s abilities allow players to maximize close-range combat potential and keep teammates in action by providing healing effectively. However, to utilize the exosuit to its maximum potential, players must use the optimal rig and modules loadout.

Best Nimbus Modules and Rig Setup

Nimbus is a Support class exosuit that excels in close-range combat. So, players must use the optimal modules and Rig to make the most out of the exosuit. Let’s examine what modules and rigs you must use to create the perfect Nimbus loadout.

Modules

  • Slot 1: Speed Shot
  • Slot 2: Amped Spread
  • Slot 3: Quick Holo

In the first slot, the Speed Shot Module allows Nimbus to boost its health restoration rating by 30%, considering the low base HP of the exosuit. As Nimbus is a healer exosuit, it must sustain itself on the battlefield. Furthermore, unlike Witchdoctor, Nimbus requires speed and elusiveness to make itself useful in combat.

Use the Amped Spread Module for the second slot, which increases the health repair rate by 30%. Lastly, use the Quick Holo module for the third slot, which reduces the cooldown of the Holo Warp.

Rig – Shield

Currently, the Nimbus has only one slot for Rig. So, using Shield for the Rig would be a great option. The shield can provide you extra protection for long-range gunfights. The shield is also a great counter if your enemies get too close to you.

On the contrary, using Cannon can also be a great option for Rig, which allows Nimbus to take a breather and attack from long range. Depending on your playstyle, we recommend choosing the Rig that benefits you and your team, as Support is the heart of the team’s relentless frontline.

You can easily make your time with Neosaurs easier using the optimal Modules and Rig. For more gameplay tips and tricks, follow our Exoprimal guides.

Here’s how you can create your own Exopilot character in Capcom’s Exoprimal.

Exoprimal is the latest third-person shooter from Capcom that lets you team up with your friends to fight off the horde of dinosaurs falling through mysterious portals and threatening humanity’s existence. You and your teammates will equip powerful exosuits with unique abilities to take down these primal beasts.

In Exoprimal, you will take on the role of the rookie exopilot, Ace, who is a fully customizable protagonist. This means that you can customize your character’s appearance based on your style and personal preferences.

The character customization in Exoprimal lets you choose between a male or female character and tweak their face, hair, outfit, and more. That said, the scope of customization in Exoprimal is not just limited to your character.

Read More: Exoprimal: Best Team Comp

That’s right, you can also change the color and appearance of your exosuits and weapons by changing color schemes, applying skins, and adding decals. So, if you want to learn about the full scope of Exoprimal’s customization feature, then we’ve got you covered.

Exoprimal Character Customization

Before setting off to save humanity from extinction, you will be briefed about the dinosaur threat plaguing the world and get introduced to your exofighter character, Ace. You will then be taken to the character creation screen, from where you can select one of the 10 presets and tweak the following:

  • Head:
    • Face
    • Hair
    • Facial Hair
    • Makeup
    • Scars
    • Paint
  • Pilot Suit Color

Although the presets in Exoprimal aren’t categorized separately between male and female character models, you can still choose between either of these two genders and then change their race, adjust facial features, add makeup, scars, and even war paint.

That said, while you can pick your desired eye and hair color, there is currently no option to adjust your character’s skin color. Moreover, there are also no sliders to adjust the shape or size of your character’s face, so you’re stuck with the game’s limited options.

Lastly, you can change your pilot’s suit color from the color schemes available. Similar to skin color, there are no sliders or RGB wheel present to apply custom colors for your suit. Here are the color presets available for your pilot suit:

  • Dark Green
  • Red & Purple
  • Blue & Crimson
  • Orange & White
  • Black & Red
  • Pink & Blue
  • Light Blue & Dark Green
  • Green & White
  • Navy & Grey
  • Yellow & Violet

Exoprimal Exosuit Customization

Exoprimal Exosuit Customization
Credit: Capcom

You can customize the look of your Exosuits by unlocking various exosuit skins, weapon skins, as well as by adding decals and charms. However, this is not a part of the game’s character creation feature.

So, in order to customize your exosuits, you will need to unlock the different skins and decals by looting different War Chests, buying them with BikCoins, and by purchasing the game’s version of battle passes called the “Survival Pass“.

Assuming you have unlocked different skins for your exosuits and weapons, you can now apply them to your suits at the Hangar section on the main menu screen and selecting the Customization tab.

That’s all there is to know about Customization in Exoprimal. If you wish to check out more guides on Exoprimal, then take a look at All Exosuits and AbilitiesAll Trophies and AchievementsBest Murasame Modules and Rig LoadoutHow to Level Up Exosuits, How to Unlock Murasame and more.

Here are the best team comps you can try in Exoprimal.

Teamwork is an integral part of Capcom’s new third-person dino-shooter. After all, cooperating with your exosuit companions is the key to successfully fighting off the hordes of dinosaurs running in your direction.

That’s right, you and your teammates will fight mutated dinos in your cutting-edge powered exosuits in Exoprimal. Having said that, each suit belongs to a different class, so your role in battle will be divided into three major categories: assault, tank, and support.

Since you’ll be battling these primal creatures in a team of 5, it is important that your team’s composition ensures the highest rate of success. Ideally, you will want to rely on your assault suits for their mobility and high damage output, tank suits to back them up by drawing and absorbing enemy attacks, and support tanks for team stat buffs and enemy debuffs.

Read More: Exoprimal: How to Unlock Vigilant

However, not all exosuits in Exoprimal can work in synergy. To ensure the highest rate of success in your battles, we have put together the best team compositions you can try in Exoprimal.

Best Team Comp in Exoprimal

Among the 10 exosuits in the game’s current lineup, here are our picks for the best ones you can pair in a team. Keep in mind that you can change your exosuit at any time during battle to adapt to any situation. That’s why, it may even be beneficial to have more than one of the same exosuit in your team.

The Tank-Support Team

  • Krieger (Tank)
  • Krieger / Roadblock (Tank)
  • Skywave (Support)
  • Nimbus (Support)
  • Deadeye (Assault)

We have found that the best and fastest way to ensure victory against the Dinos in Exoprimal is by having two Tank characters and two Support characters in your team. For this composition, it is best to use two Kriegers as their bubble shield will provide you with 360-degree protection while devastating enemies with its minigun and missiles.

Alternatively, you can choose Roadblock instead of a second Krieger or switch one of the Kriegers out for a Roadblock midway since its shield is one of the best in the game. Moreover, its abilities pair well with a Krieger, making them a deadly combination.

Moreover, having Skywave on your team is not only great for targetting flying enemies, but its ability to pull groups of dinos towards it with Graviton Cage complements Krieger’s abilities.

Furthermore, Skywave’s ability to fly allows it to heal allies from a safe distance without getting in the line of fire. Meanwhile, you can have Nimbus provide field-support since it is a fairly decent damage dealer and healer.

And lastly, you will want to pick Deadeye for Assault since it offers the most consistent kill performance among all other assault suits. Moreover, you can rely on Deadeye to clean up any straggler with the Ravager.

The Assault-Focused Team

  • Deadeye (Assault)
  • Barrage (Assault)
  • Nimbus (Support)
  • Witchdoctor (Support)
  • Krieger (Tank)

If you like to stay on the offensive, then forming a team with two hard-hitting Assault suits like Deadeye and Barrage, along with two Support suits that can flawlessly switch between healing and attacking will be the ideal composition for you.

Deadeye is not only good at mid-range and long-range attacks that can take down flying enemies but also excels in dealing massive AoE damage with its Rifle Grenade. Moreover, you can have it deploy heavy weaponry that can wipe out bosses and enemy players alike.

Being the second-best damage dealer after Deadeye, it only makes sense to have Barrage in your assault-focused team as well. After all, Barrage excels at dealing explosive damage and setting enemies on fire. Moreover, it can also stun enemies to stop them in their tracks, allowing you to deal more effective AoE damage with your explosives.

And for support, we have picked Nimbus and Witchdoctor for their agility, as well as their ability to provide both combat and healing support. With Nimbus, your team can gain different stat buffs while enemies will be put at a disadvantage with various stat debuffs.

On the other hand, Witchdoctor can combine both skills and attacks with other teammates to double the damage of your team’s attacks. Furthermore, it can also reduce the enemy’s speed while boosting yours.

But that’s not all; the Witchdoctor exosuit is also capable of paralyzing enemies, as well as healing multiple allies at once within its Rescue Field. Lastly, you’ll want to pick Krieger for providing additional support with its bubble shield and unleashing a barrage of attacks with its minigun.

Vigilant is the damage role exosuit in Exoprimal. Here we will show you how you can unlock it in the game.

Exoprimal is a game where you can team up with different players and fight Dinosaurs in a futuristic setting. It is a co-op multiplayer game where you will race against another team to be the first one to complete all the objectives the game has. During the match, you will fight countless dinosaurs and even get the chance to mess with the enemy team and their progress.

Exoprimal being a class-based shooter, has different classes of exosuit for the players to choose from. The game gives you the freedom to choose and change the exosuit whenever you want. However, that doesn’t mean the exosuits are unlocked right from the start. You will first need to unlock them.

Vigilant is an assault exosuit in Exoprimal. Here we will focus on how you can unlock the Vigilant suit in the game.

Unlocking Vigilant in Exoprimal

To unlock Vigilant, you will need to reach level 40 on your account. This is the final exosuit you will be able to unlock in the game. You can gain exp by playing matches in the game. So keep playing until you reach the required level.

As you play the game, you will also receive Bikcoins. Bikcoins are this game’s in-game currency. They are also needed to unlock the exosuit. After you reach level 40 on your account, you will then need 5000 Bikcoins. Using the coins, you can finally unlock the suit from the store.

Get Everything Unlocked by Start Kit

There is another way to unlock this suit and every other suit in the game without grinding. The game has the option to buy a starter kit. This kit costs 10 to 20 USD, depending on your country. If you buy this using real money, the game will unlock all the suits along with a few bonus items.

But you need to keep that in mind; this starter kit doesn’t come with the base game, which already costs 60 USD. So, if you want to unlock every suit without grinding, you will have to pay the extra 10 to 20 bucks on top of the 60 USD you have already paid.
