A large number of Ore deposits can be found in the caves of Hyrule and as well as the depths. These Ore deposits will drop random rare ores. You might also get Diamonds by breaking these Ore deposits. There are several types of Ore deposits. But the ones with a yellowish or golden sparkle on them are most likely to drop Diamonds.

Strong Stone Taulus

Stone Taulus drops a lot of valuable ores when they are defeated. You will find a lot of them in certain locations in the depths. Defeat these Tauluses to obtain valuable ores along with some Diamonds. Keep in mind that defeating a strong Stone Taulus will give you more chances to get Diamonds.

Dondons

Dondons are very hard to find around Hyrule. You will not find these cute little creatures everywhere around Hyrule. However, a Dondon sanctuary can be found in Southern Akkala, the North side of the Lakeside Stable. Feeding the bunch of Dondons in this location might help you get some Diamonds.

Dondons, when fed Luminous Stones, drop some valuable stones and ores. Drop some Luminous Stones for the horde of Dondons and leave the area for some minutes. Go to some nearby location to complete any of your side activities. Come back to the location of the Dondons, and you might find some Diamonds lying around here if you are lucky enough.

Climbing gear is a good armor set in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom because of all the climbing you do in the game. Here is how you can get the whole set in the game.

Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom brings a lot of changes to the original game. All of Link’s ability sees changes, and you have new areas and mechanics to mess around with. But the armors are one thing that mostly remains the same.

That doesn’t mean all the armors are the same. There has been new armor that is added to the game. But the old armors also make their way into this one too. And one of the best examples of old armor is the Climbing gear. It helps Link climb faster. So it is pretty easy to say how it can be a useful one to have.

But Climbing armor is not sold by any vendor. You will need to track it down piece by piece in this vast open world. And since the world is so big, it can be a daunting task. But fear not; here, we have outlined all the areas you need to visit and how to get the climbing set in Tears of the Kingdom.

Climbing Set Torso Location

The Torso for the climbing set is located in the North Hyrule Plain Cave. The coordinate for this cave is roughly -1186, 0632, 0069. You can reach this area from the North Hyrule Plain stable. After reaching the cave, explore it until you reach a waterfall. You will face some enemies in the cave, so be ready to fight.

credit: nintendo

Once you reach the waterfall, go through it. The chest containing this torso is hidden behind the waterfall. This cave has two different waterfalls, so make sure you explore both if the first waterfall you encounter doesn’t have a chest. The ascend ability will greatly help you reach higher places in this cave.

Climbing Set Legs Location

For the Legs section of the armor, you need to travel to the Upland Zorana Byroad cave beside the Lanayru Wetlands. The coordinate for this cave is roughly 2866, 0336, 0229. Once you reach the cave, you will find two paths going separate ways.

First, you will need to go through the left path. There you will come across a flooded room that you can drain using the Ultrahand ability. Drain the water and go back through the right path. There you will see a small hut containing the Legs section of the armor.

Climbing Set Head Location

The final piece of armor is located in the Ploymus Mountain Cave. If you have picked up the other two pieces of the armor, this is a good time to use them, as this cave is entirely wet. And climbing on a wet surface is never a good idea in these games. This cave is located east of Zora Domain, with the coordinates being roughly 3655, 0538, 0271.

Credit: Nintendo

This cave is a straightforward climbing/platforming challenge. If you want to make things a bit easier, you can make a Sticky Elixir to help with the climbing. Just make your way to the end of the cave to find the final piece of armor you are looking for.

In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Zelda has a new golden horse that we can track down and ride. Here we will show you how you can do that in the game.

Horses are a big part of the new Zelda series. Normally you have a stamina bar that you can easily deplete by running. But by using a horse, you can move faster and more freely without worrying about the stamina bar for your character. And depending on the horse, you can even boost to speed up several times.

Breath of the Wild had a horse mounting system in the game. And Tears of the Kingdom also has it for a good reason. On top of that, Tears of the Kingdom added a new Pony Point system for interacting with the stables. So taking care of horses has been even better than before.

That being said, the golden horse is the horse that Princess Zelda used in this game. You can track it down and register it with the stable. That way, you will be able to ride this horse. Here is how to find this golden horse in the game.

Golden Horse Location in Tears of the Kingdom

The golden horse in Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is located in the North Tabantha Snowfield, as shown on the map. But before you go grab the horse, you should unlock the snowfield stable and the nearby shrine. There is a Gleeok close by; that way, if you annoy the Gleeok, you can reset and try again.

How To Get Golden Horse - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
credit: Nintendo

The horse, being golden, is easily visible from a distance. It should roam around the field along with the other horses. Sneak up to it and mount the horse. Then try to calm it down by pressing ZL over and over. Once tamed, bring it back to the stable and register it so that you can call the horse whenever you want.

Taming The Golden Horse

You need a few things before you try to tame the golden horse. First, since it is on a snowy field, you need either a cold resistance dish or the cold resistance armor set. If you don’t have these, you will die of cold before you can bring back the horse.

Another necessary thing is 1.5 Wheel of Stamina. Taming the Golden Horse is no easy feat. The more stamina you have, the better. But anything lower than 1.5 wheels will not be able to tame the horse. Of course, you can use a stamina-recovering dish to boost your stamina even if you don’t have the required amount.

Epona is one of the iconic horses of the Zelda series, as this is the first horse we ever rode in a Zelda game. You can get Epona in Tears of the Kingdom too. Here is how to do it.

Horses are a big part of the new Zelda series. Generally, you have a stamina bar that you can easily deplete by running. But by using a horse, you can move faster and more freely without worrying about the stamina bar for your character. And depending on the horse, you can even boost to speed up several times.

But the Breath of the Wild is not the first time we get to ride on a horse in a Zelda game. Ocarina of Time was the first game of the Zelda series to feature the horse riding mechanic to the series. The horse we rode in that game was named Epona.

Epona can be tamed and registered at the stable in Tears of the Kingdom too. But it is not a rare spawn or anything like that. You need to fill some certain conditions to get Epona in Tears of the Kingdom. Here is how to do it.

Read More: How to Cure Gloom in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Unlocking Epona in Tears of the Kingdom

The easiest way to get Epona in Tears of the Kingdom is if you have Epona in Breath of the Wild. If you played Breath of the Wild and have a backup save in the device, when starting Tears of the Kingdom, you will carry over all the horses from the previous game. So if you already have Epona registered as a horse in Breath of the Wild, you can just grab it from the nearest stable.

But if you don’t have Epona in Breath of the Wild, then you will need certain Amiibo to spawn the horse. Two amiibos are able to spawn Epona in Tears of the Kingdom. These are:

  • Link (Twilight Princess)
  • Link (Super Smash Bros.)
credit: Nintendo

To get Epona, go to an open field and scan one of these two amiibo. It will spawn Epona on the field in front of you. Then you can go ahead to tame and register it at the stable. Epona has 4 stars on every stat and nothing on the Pull stat. It also starts with Max Bond being the first horse in Link’s life.

Here are all the confirmed Weapon Modifiers you can obtain in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

One of the best features to have carried forward from Zelda: Breath of the Wild to Tears of the Kingdom is Weapon Modifiers. In case you completely skipped out on utilizing this nifty feature in BotW, Weapon Modifiers are permanent stat upgrades that improve your weapons’ functionality, attack power, and durability.

This means that the stat buffs, when applied, will remain effective until your weapon breaks. However, applying these modifiers to your weapon and shields in Tears of the Kingdom is a whole other process.

Like in BotW, you must locate Octoroks across Hyrule and drop your desired weapon or shield near them. The octopus-resembling monster will approach your weapon or shield and swallow it whole, removing rust and granting a modifier. Once it is done repairing your gear, the Octorok will spit out the weapon right back at you.

Remember that the modifier you get is randomized every time and may have varying degrees of effectiveness ranging from Basic, Average, Good, and Best. The quality of the modifier is represented in the colors White, Green, Blue, and Gold. This guide lists every Weapon Modifier you can get in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Gloom is the newest mechanic added to Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It destroys the heart container when affected by it. Here is how to cure Gloom in the game.

Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom introduced many new features in this latest installment. The last game of this franchise was Breath of the Wild which took the gaming by store. So as a sequel, Tears of the Kingdom had a lot to live up to. And with its new mechanics and abilities, it is most able to do that.

Tears of the Kingdom introduces many new elements in this game. Zonai devices and new abilities are some of them. But along with new these, there are new mechanics in the game too. One of the more deadly mechanics is the Gloom.

Gloom will shatter your heart. You cannot heal the heart by eating. So you need to find an alternate way to replenish them. But do not worry; here we will show you how to cure Gloom in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Curing Gloom in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

There are a few ways you can cure Gloom in Tears of the Kingdom. The most common method would be using a Sundelion dish. Sundelion is an item that you can farm from around the world. They typically grow in high places. If you incorporate sundelion in a dish, it will become the sundelion version of said dish. Then you can eat that dish to restore your broken hearts.

Another way you can cure Gloom without any item is by using light roots. Activating a light root will not only light up the area, but it will also cure all the Gloom on your character. So you can use the light root to cure Gloom even if you don’t have a sundelion dish on hand.

Counter against Gloom

You can do a few things not to get affected by Gloom in the first place. The obvious one is to get the gloom resistance armor. This will add a few extra empty hearts that will be affected by Gloom before they can touch your heart. This will provide a bit of protection layer from the Gloom.

Another way you can get this gloom resistance heart is by adding Dark Clump into the dishes. Dark clump food will add a few extra empty hearts to fight against the Gloom. While traversing the depth, you can use shield surf or stall horse to avoid stepping on Gloom and taking damage to the heart.

Here are the locations of all the Lomei Sky Labyrinth Terminals in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the latest version of the famous gaming franchise. The game includes a lot of new features along with a lot of old ones, which can be seen in the previous versions of the game. The Lomei Labyrinth Islands in the Akkala Sea is one old feature that made a return.

Players are required to complete a lot of side quests along with the main missions that they are assigned. One of the side quests can be found at the Lomei Labyrinth Islands. Upon reaching the Mogisari Shrine, players will be taken inside a maze, and they need to activate four terminals to get out of the maze.

The locations of the terminals are very confusing for the players to understand. The maze itself is tough to navigate and pass through. However, this guide will give you important tips to complete the whole maze easily, along with the locations of the Lomei Sky Labyrinth Terminals.

Lomei Sky Labyrinth Terminal Locations in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

labyrinth terminals
Nintendo

After the door of the maze is opened, players will need to jump into the maze by gliding. Throughout the whole quest, players will need to travel around the maze using their glider. Inside the Labyrinth, the air pressures will make Link move around. However, players will need to manually control the updraft and the stamina of Link.

No specific coordinates or locations of the terminals can be provided. However, you can check the image attached above to get a clear idea about the locations of the four terminals. Note that you can activate any terminal whenever you want. The quest will be completed as long as you activate all the terminals; the order of doing so does not matter.

Keep an eye on your stamina bar while gliding around the maze. Opening the glider will lift Link up, and keeping it close will bring him down gradually. Make sure you don’t get too close to the ground and lose all your stamina. Using the glider and getting an updraft will also burn up Link’s stamina. So make sure you take proper rest before your stamina completely runs out.

Navigate through the maze, and take the left and right turns properly by looking at the map. You also have to higher or lower your altitude while gliding due to several obstacles that will be placed in your way. Reach all four terminals and activate them in order to activate the large terminal on the roof.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom also has a few different dragons you can get scales from. Here is how you can get a light dragon scale in the game.

The new Zelda: Tears of the Kingodm mixes and matches new enemies and bosses along with the older enemies from the previous game. The game has many new enemies, but some of the more challenging enemies also make their way into this one. The dragons are one of them. Moreover, the Light Dragon is having a reappearance.

And just like in the previous game, you can also get the scale from this dragon. But how you obtain it has some changes. This time, you will need to get on top to get your desired item. Here in this guide, we will tell you how to find and get the Light Dragon Sclae in Tears of the Kingdom.

Light Dragon Location in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The light dragon circles the outer area of the Hyrule Surface map. It can be quite hard to locate since it doesn’t stay in one place. Go to all the watch towers located on the edges of the map and locate the dragon in that way. There are four different dragons you can find in the game. But if you are looking for the Light dragon, it will have white scales with yellow fur on the head and tail.

How to Get Light Dragon Scale and Uses

Once you locate the dragon, you will have to jump from a high place to get on top of the dragon. You can do this by using one of the many sky view towers or, if the dragon is low enough, from any high place. It can be a bit tricky, so you may need to try a few times if you fail the first time around.

Once you are on top of the dragon, attack its scale either with a bow and arrow or using any of your melee weapons. It will create a spot on the attacked place. Then you can loot the scale from there. But keep in mind that you can only get one scale at one time. After that, you have to wait till the dragon circles the whole map and resets.

You can use this scale to fuse with your weapon, sell it for a good price or mix them in certain elixirs to make some powerful items.

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom requires lights to explore some of the areas in the game. So, the game adds Zonai devices to do that. Here is how you can get Light devices in the game.

Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom brings a lot of new things to the game. Even though the basic map of the game remains the same, new maps are added to the game. With the new maps, we also get some new abilities, and one of the most used features in this game is the “fuse” ability.

There are devices like fans, rockets, lights, batteries, and so on that can be fused with planks and other constructs to make a whole new device. This is one of the main ways you will tackle different game areas and puzzles. But if you want to explore the depth map, light is something necessary.

So in this guide, we will tell you how to get the light devices in Tears of the Kingdom so that you can explore the depth map with more ease.

How to Get Light and Its Uses

There are many locations where random devices can be found. But they are not a reliable source for light devices. The nearest and easiest-to-reach location for light-illuminating devices is the device dispenser near the Great Sky Island, shown in the map below. The coordinates for the location are -1221, -1583, 1007.

Credit: Nintendo

Not all device dispensers can give you lights. Only a selected few dispensers can get the lights. In case you didn’t get the light from this dispenser, there are two more that have the light in their loot pool. Both of these are located on top of the sky map. Here is the location of them on the map.
